This is Light duty Draw latch, produced from zinc plated and clear passivated Steel for increased corrosion resistance. Frequently used for industrial enclosures and machinery. Base plate with straight holes dedicated for riveting. Lockable with paddlock to avoid unauthorized opening. Nylon friction ring ensure that screw loop remain positioned in place.
