How to order?
- Online. Provides fast and hassle free experience ordering goods online trough our website. Study products prices and features, choose the products you need, place an order and pay by credit/debit card or Paypal.
- By email. If you intend to purchase 100 pcs. per item and more or need an assistance choosing right products, please send an inquiry or order to: order@ojopsweden.se

Normally requests or orders received Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm and on Friday from 8 am to 2 pm will be answered within 2 working days.
When will I receive purchased products?
Most orders are delivered to customers in Sweden within 1 to 3 days after order confirmed and payment received. Deliveries to global addresses usually takes 2 to 5 days after order confirmed and payment received. For items not in stock deliveries might take up to 20 days.
Can you deliver products to my Country?
Ojop Sweden deliver products worldwide to more than 50 Countries, excluding Finland, Russia, Kazakhstan, France, Australia and New Zealand. If you are located in a Country mentioned above, please contact your local distributor. See list of our distributors
How can I pay for my order?
Business customers can pay by bank transfer. Accepted currencies are Swedish Krona (SEK), Euro (EUR), USA dollar (USD).
Non business customers can pay by PayPal or using Debit or Credit Cards if products are ordered through our webshop. For payments by bank transfer customer should send an order to email order@ojopsweden.se.
What are payment terms?
Non-business customers orders are dispatched after payment received.
Business customers and frequent purchasers usually have 30 days net as payment conditions.
Can you arrange delivery?
We are happy to arrange a delivery for your order. Our preffered partner is TNT, but we also have a partnership with worldwide freight forwarding companies such as DHL, Dachser, DB Schenker, DSV. Different forwarders are used for large orders to ensure efficient and low cost freight service whether you need fast or cheapest delivery method.
Who will pay custom fees?
Customer is responsible to pay local taxes and custom fees if applicable. Usually DAP conditions (Incoterms 2010) are used for orders deliveries to worldwide destinations.
Can I arrange my forwarder to pick-up purchased products?
For purchase orders placed by email or phone we offer Local Pick-up service – a possibility for our customers to use their own forwarders. Customer arrange collection from our warehouse once order ready for dispatch status is confirmed. Alternatively customers can provide forwarders name and account number while placing an order so we can arrange delivery with customer‘s preffered courier.
What is lowest quantity I can purchase?
If you are a business customer there are minimum order quantities set. More information you can find in our Minimum order quantities section.
Non-business customers can purchase as low as 1 product. However, for orders with lover value than 1500 SEK (150 EUR) administrative fee of 495 SEK (49 EUR) will be charged.

Can I return items if I ordered by mistake or no longer need them?
Yes, customers are free to return products within 30 days after purchase date which is printed on the invoice with no questions asked. Please note that special order or tailor made products can not be returned. Customers have to arrange and cover return delivery expenses. In case the return reason is any other than returning defective items, restocking fee of 20 % will be applied. Customers can request a return by sending an email to order@ojopsweden.se. Received defective item, how can I return it?
Customers can request a return by sending an email to order@ojopsweden.se. Once customer has requested return, he will receive a return case number. If products appear to be defective we will arrange collection after return case is investigated. Customer will not need to pay any fees.
Can I get a quantity discount?
Prices for non-business customers depends on purchase quantity. To unlock lowest possible price for most of our products customers have to purchase 1000 pcs. or more. If you intend to purchase 1000 pieces per product or more, please contact us and we will work out to offer special price.
Do you accept orders schedule with future delivery dates?
We will happily arrange order deliveries for a dates in the future. Maximum period is 12 months with a frequency up to 1 delivery per month. Orders does not need to be similar in quantities. We also secure the initial product price during the whole Call-Off order validity period.
Do you offer consolidated deliveries?
Multiple orders placed during the same month can be dispatched at once. It is a great way to optimize delivery costs and reduce pressure to your order handling and administration departments.
What is Warranty conditions for your items?
We are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty for the whole range of our extremely durable Drop Forged latches. There is no time limit set to make a claim and get product repaired or replaced free of charge.
All other products are eligible to 24 months standard warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Where are your products produced?
All products except DME toggle latches are produced in our factory in Eskilstuna, Sweden. We are proud having a possibility to produce and offer high quality Swedish products.
