Ojop Sweden AB have implemented a mobile Smart Testing Terminal for measuring pressure which is generated to battery terminal surface while locking on it our Quick release battery connector.
This method will change currently used pressure testing method- measuring pressure needed to lock battery connector on a battery terminal. We believe new method will ensure our customers will receive products with very consistent locking results (similar effort needed to lock connector on battery terminal).
The device have a display that shows the pressure in Newton and also have different testing poles for the various products that we offer.
The testing poles are split in the middle (two separate components) with a sensor that measures the pressure when the Quick release Battery Connector is applied correctly on the pole.
By using Smart Testing Terminal we can easily discover any deviations in production and adjust the machines to specified tolerance value, before we continue production to order.
