Conditions for Returns
Ojop Sweden aim is to produce high quality products which make our customers fully satisfied and last a lifetime. For best shopping experience we offer a return guarantee for those rare cases when something goes wrong.
- If you are not happy with items you have purchased you are free to return them within 14 days after purchase date which is printed on our invoice with no questions asked. You have to arrange and cover return delivery expenses. In case the return reason is any other than returning defective items, restocking fee of 20 % will be applied.*
- If in unlikely event products appear to be defective** (please read explanation below what we consider as a product defect) we will arrange collection and back delivery. In such case delivery expenses will be covered by Ojop Sweden and no restocking fee will be charged. Please note that return case must be initiated within 2 years of original purchase date which is peovided on an invoice.
It is customers responsibility to make sure that returning items are unused in similar condition as received and can be resold without additional processing costs (e.g. repairing, polishing, cleaning, etc.) safely packed and labeled.
If an assessment of the returned products fail to confirm the claimed reason for return and/or technical defect, Ojop Sweden has a right to apply additional processing costs. Customer should accept the processing costs which will be determined on an individual basis. If goods cannot be processed economically or customer refuses to accept processing costs Ojop Sweden either return goods carriage forward or send them to be scrapped.
How to proceed with returns
You can request a return by sending an email to email@example.com. Once you have requested return, you will receive a return case number.
- If you are returning good quality products please dispatch them to our address. Please note you will need to cover postage expenses and restocking fee of 20 % will be applied. Our address for returns:

- If products appear to be defective we will arrange collection after return case is investigated. Customer will not need to pay for return nor restocking fee will be charged.
Please make sure that products are securely packed in their original packaging. Return case number must be clearly visible on the package outside.
*We do not accept returns for customer tailor made products, special products. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for verification.
*A defective product is defined as any product which has manufacturing or design fault that is unreasonably dangerous when being used for its intended purpose. Stamping marks, scratches on products, surface treatment tarnish or shades, small burr on holes which does not affect functionality are considered as appearance imperfections.
